Services made their way to the finals of the 70th edition of the 70th National Championships for the Santosh Trophy defeating Goa 1-0 in the semi-finals played on Friday, 11th March 2016 at the SEC Railways Stadium, Nagpur. Neither of the two sides could find a goal after full time as the game strecthed to extra time. It was Arjun Tudu who came up with the winner in the 115th minute. Arjun Tudu scored from a goalmouth melee to send Services to the final of Santosh Trophy. They will face the winner of the other semi-final between Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.
