AIFF Elite Academy came back from a 2-0 deficit to become victorious against Liverpool International DSK Shivajians FC International Academy in the IFA Shield 2016 clash. In the other match, a repeat of last year's final, East Bengal U19 took revenge defeating the Purple Brigade, United SC U19 2-1.
