India U-16 who are on exposure trip to South Africa drew against Black Aces in their third friendly match played on Tuesday, 23rd February 2016. After defeating Supersport United FC 5-2 in their last game, Indian youngsters who will form the core of FIFA U-17 World Cup squad were dominant in the first phase of the match. Black Aces took the driving seat when they got the lead in the 32nd minute through a penalty. The home side could have doubled the advantage had they converted from the spot yet again in the final moments of the first half whistle.

In the second half, Indian team came back strongly to get the deserving equalizer. It was in the 66th minute when Suresh provided an inch perfect through ball to Komal who made no mistake in converting to make the scoreline 1-1. The Indian side could not however get the winner despite getting numbers in the attack.
