Chirag needed three goals to book a place at the semis and they did it in style where Joshimar Da Silva scored a brilliant hat-trick. Chirag United thus knocked out Pune FC from Durand Cup because of greater goal difference. Chirag will face East Bengal in the semi-finals whereas JCT will face Churchill Brothers in the other semi-final.
