East Bengal will face Salgaocar in the Super Cup match where Prize money of Rs. 10 Lakh is up for grabs. The current i-League and Federation Cup Champions will have slight edge over their opponents whom they defeated in the Federation Cup final, that too in Salt Lake Stadium, but that, by no way mean that they are the favourites for the tie. The high voltage clash is undoubtedly a important one as the i-League is knocking at the doors.

East Bengal will again miss the services of several key players, some notable names are Mehtab Hussain and Raju Gaikwad. East Bengal will be hoping that Australian forward Tolgay Ozbey who was in tremendous form last season, gets back to his form.

Salgaocar in the meanwhile will be hoping for their deadly duo of Ryuiji Sueoka and Chidi Edeh to get past the strong East Bengal defence spearheaded by Uga Okpara.

Can East Bengal take revenge or can Salgaocar do the Triple?
