India U-23 side will be facing a stern test against host Qatar when they meet in the Pre-Olympic Qualifier on Sunday,19th June at the Al-Sadd Stadium. Indian side is full of enthusiasm, and are looking forward for the match very much. Meanwhile, the Qatar side have undergone a lot of preparation for this game, specially after having a tour of Spain where they drew with Real Madrid 'B' team 1-1 and defeated Getafe 1-0.

India's performance in the Asian Games will be in mind of the Qatar team, when they(India) nearly created a huge upset, but thanks to some sloppy work in the dying moments, the game turned on its head and the Qatari team managed to claim the victory.

As told earlier, there is a good news for all the Indian Football Fans that AIFF has finally managed to get a broadcaster for the match, as Ten Action Plus will be telecasting the match Live.

Desmond Bulpin, India U-23 Coach

Indian Captain, Raju Gaikwad is however doubtful for the match, as he twisted his ankle while training during practice in the preparatory camp at Pune. Coach Desmond Bulpin, is also positive about the match and he said to the-aiff.com that his boys will be playing for a win.
