This time both teams are much more strengthened, while East Bengal have one of the best midfield Mohun Bagan is composed of a Rock Solid defence. East Bengal are currently at the top position of the i-League and they have the quality to stay there. Though Mohun Bagan is a bit below East Bengal in the i-League but their recent form speaks for itself.

Chidi Edeh, Mohun Bagan

Mohun Bagan's acquisition of Deepak Mondal, Surkumar Singh and Anwar Ali gives them a rock solid defence which will be undoubtedly tough to break. Nigerian goal machine Chidi Edeh will be a force to reckon with for the East Bengal defence.

Tolgay Ozbey,East Bengal

For East Bengal, in-form Aussie striker Tolgay Ozbey, Nigerian Penn Orji and Uga Okpara will be the key. East Bengal will miss the services of their young striker Robin Singh(due to booking) and thus ex-Mahindra forward Sushil Kumar Singh might get the head start. Newly recruited Brazilian attacking forward, Alexzendra Da Silva might also get some playing time.

The match will be telecasted live on Mahua Khobor.
