Mohun Bagan played out a draw against Yangon Untied away from home in the AFC Cup 2016 Group G tie. Adilson Souza opened the scoring for the hosts after getting the better of Luciano Sarbosa in the 26th minute. Cornell Glen however came to Mariners rescue in the 42nd minute after latching on to a precise through pass from Lenny Rodrigues. Mohun Bagan with the draw remain in top spot of Group G with 10 points from 4 games.

Mohun Bagan's next opposition in the tournament are Maldive's Maziya Sports & Recreation, to be played at the National Stadium, Male on 27th April 2016.
