Shillong Lajong added more misery to the struggling Salgaocar side, defeating the Goan side 1-0 in the Hero i-League 2015-16 clash played at the JN Stadium, Shillong on Thursday, 28th January 2016. New Brazilian recruit Fabio Pena Henrique scored the only goal of the game in the 47th minute when he got to the end of a low cross from his Brazilian counterpart Uilliams Souza. With the victory Shillong Lajong FC registered their first win of the season and moving to the 6th place while Salgaocar FC have left themselves at the bottom of the league table yet to fetch a single point.
