Uttam Rai is not having trails but training at Reading FC

Uttam Rai currently training with Reading FC, not for trials

There is a buzz going around in the media regarding Indian wonderkid Uttam Rai, with majority of them claiming that Uttam is having Trials at the well renowned Championship club which is actually false. Uttam speaking with www.abcdfootball.com was quick to rule out such rumor:

"I am not here for a trial but instead to train. I would take up this opportunity to get knowledge about English Football."

Uttam also explained how he plans to get more exposure,

"I think i will be going to many other clubs also but not in a trail, just to learn football in a better way and get a taste of how the game is played in the "Real World". I am more than happy with my place at U-19 national team for the moment."
