Young Footballers made to clean Cricket Stadium seats

In a shocking revelation, it has been reported by various major media houses that young footballers of Indore, Madhya Pradesh were made to clean the seats of Holkar Cricket Stadium ahead of the fourth ODI cricket series between India and West Indies. Members of Anand XI Football Club - which plays in Division A of Indore City League were given a wage of Rs.2.75 per seat cleaned. The money would help the players to purchase their kits to keep alive their passion for the beautiful game. Its nothing new to a country that worships cricketers like gods but it does not mean that other sports should be shown the doors and especially when the game is of the stature of Football- The most followed sports in the World.
