| SAFF U-16 Championship |
India started their SAFF U-16 Championship campaign with a 1-0 defeat by the Pakistani team in their first group match played at Dasrath Stadium, Nepal. Mansoor Khan was the lone scorer of the match in the 20th Minute. India will face Maldives in their second and last group league match on 5th August.
