Salgaocar win Nike MUPC India Finals 2011

Salgaocar defeated Mumbai FC to win the Nike MUPC India Finals 2011. The match was decided on tie breakers after both teams cancelled out each other at the end of extra time with the scoreline reading 1-1. The match ultimately ended 5-4 in the favor of Salgaocar. Salgoacar thus qualifies for the regional finals of the MUPC 2011 to be played in Thailand. The winner of the regional finals will play in the main draw of the tournament in England.
