United Sikkim signs Quinton Jacobs |
United Sikkim has signed Ex-Namibia Captain Quinton Jacobs. Quinton is one of the best players in the Namibian team and has shown his skills when he came to
India in a friendly on 15th September. The midfielder is a superb passer and boasts a good pace along with being skillful dribbler. In 1998, Quinton had a one month trial with the EPL giants Manchester United. He reportedly turned down offer from top clubs like Ajax and Werder Bremen to join with Scottish second division team Patrick Thistle. He also played for German side Duisburg later. This can be one of the biggest signing for United Sikkim.
