Indian businessman Ahsan Ali Syed has completed the takeover of La Liga side Racing Santander. Ahsan Ali Syed, who is the founder and chairman of investment company Western Gulf Advisory, had unsuccessful bids for Blackburn Rovers(which was taken over by the Venky's VH Group) and Malaga(taken over by the Qatari Royal family)
