Group 1: Churchill Brothers SC, Army Red, Qualifier A

Group 2: Chirag United SC, Pune FC, Qualifier B

Group 3: Dempo SC, JCT, Sporting Clube de Goa

Group 4: Salgaocar SC, East Bengal Club, Air India

Mohun Bagan have decided not to take part in the country's oldest tournament, being organised by the Indian Army to protest  non-availibity of ground for practice between Oct 1-15. 

The army does not allow any club to use its own facility at the Maidan area in Kolkata during a fortnight between Oct  1-15 every year as a practice to ensure its command in the vast open greens of the city.
