Minerva Punjab FC sign Jose Carlos Hevia as
Head of Youth Development |
Minerva Punjab FC have roped in UEFA Pro License coach Jose Carlos Hevia as the Head of Youth Development at the club. The former Technical Director and Head of Grassroots development of Hero Indian Super League(ISL) side FC Pune City, will now work together with Colm Toal to reshape the Youth Development programme at the Club.
