Mumbai FC signs Thoi Singh

Mumbai FC have signed central midfielder Thoi Singh on loan from Hero Indian Super League(ISL) side Chennaiyin FC for the Hero I-League 2016-17 season. Thoi Singh played for Bengaluru FC last season.
