Manipur: Ratanbala Devi(1st, 60th), Hemolata Devi(67th,90th)

Haryana: Renu(17th)

Manipur defeated Haryana to win the Junior National Football Championship for Girls 2016-17. In the final Manipur proved too strong a challenge for Haryana as the scoreline read 4-1 at full time. Ratanbala Devi and Hemolata Devi both scoring a brace each for the champions while Renu score the only goal for Haryana.
