23 Member Indian Team leaves for AFC U-23 Championship
Indian Team departs for AFC U-23 Championship
Dhaka, Bangladesh
Head Coach of India U-23, Savio Medeira along with his 23 member contingent for the AFC U-23 Championship left for Dhaka, Bangladesh where the tournament is slated to take place. The tournament will also serve as preliminary phase of the 2016 Olympic Qualifiers to Rio.

Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka will be hosting all the matches.

Team India's fixtures are as follows:

March 27: India vs Uzbekistan (IST: 2.30pm)
March 29: India vs Syria (IST: 2.30pm)
March 31: India vs Bangladesh (IST: 5.30pm)

The team announced by Coach Savio Medeira is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Amrinder Singh, Albino Gomes, Rehenesh TP
Defenders: Abhishek Das, Satish Singh, Sankar Sampingraj, Deepak, Bikramjit Singh, Sandesh Jhingan, Pritam Kotal
Midfielders: Germanpreet Singh, Nikhil Kadam, Denechandra Meitei, Prabir Das, Siam Hangal, Manish Bhargav, Avinash Rui Das 
Forwards: Sumit Passi, Thongkhosiem Haokip, Rajinder Kumar, Jayesh Rane, Vinit Rai, Holicharan Narzary
Head Coach: Savio Medeira
