Bengaluru FC marched into the Semi-finals defeating Pune FC in te Group B encounter of Hero Federation Cup 2014-15 played at the Tilak Maidan on Monday, 5th January 2015. An acrobatic volley and a spot kick in the span of 4 minutes by the AIFF player of the Year gave Bengaluru FC a comfortable two goal cushion. Pune FC desperately tried to make a comeback but could only manage to reduce the deficit to one after Thongkhosiem Haokip scored in the 86th minute.

DSC: Clifford Miranda(13th), Romeo Fernandes(31st)

Two first half goals from Clifford Miranda and in-form Romeo Fernandes, proved to be sufficient for Dempo SC to qualify for the semi-finals of the Federation Cup 2014-15. Despite Mumbai FC's late surge, the scoreline remained same.
