Dempo SC rode on in-form Aussie forward, Tolgay Ozbey's brace to see-off Salgaocar FC's challenge in the semi-finals of the Federation Cup 2015 played at the Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, Goa on Friday, 9th January 2015. While the first goal for Dempo SC was scored from a deflection when Tolgay pounced on the loose ball, the second goal came from the spot.

Bengaluru FC cruised to the finals of the Hero Federation Cup after a dominant victory over the high-flying Sporting Clube de Goa with goals from Sean Rooney, Sunil Chhetri and former Rangdajied United mideo Eugeneson Lyngdoh in the semi-final clash played out at Fatorda's Nehru Stadium on Friday, 9th January 2015. This is Bengaluru FC's first appearance in the finals of Federation Cup when they face Dempo SC, following a lackluster performance in the last edition of the tournament.
