Shillong Lajong Academy duo, N.Sana Singh and Wungyam Muirang, will be representing India in the Under 17 FC Bayern Youth Cup to be held on the 21st May 2014 in Munich, Germany.

It was later announced that N.Sana Singh and Wungyam Muirang had made it to the final squad of 10 players who will be representing India in the finals of the FC Bayern Youth Cup in May 2014.
The two young and talented boys will be leaving Shillong on the 18th of May and will join the other participants who have also been selected for the tournament to compete in Germany. In the final round of this tournament, a total of 8 teams from Europe, America and Asia will be participating in the tournament hosted by Bundesliga giants, FC Bayern Munich.
All the participating teams will be given training sessions on the 19th and 20th May in the training facilities of FC Bayern Munich under the watchful eyes of the Bayern Munich Coaches. The 7 a side tournament amongst all the travelling teams, will take place on the 21st of May and the German club has arranged sightseeing for the young boys on the 22nd of May, before they depart to their respective countries on the 23rd of May.
These boys will also get an opportunity of a lifetime as they will be able to visit the Allianz Arena stadium and also meet the Under 23 team of FC Bayern Munich.
