Eagles FC defeated United SC in a equally contested match where Stanley Rozario's team walked out victorious thanks to some neat finishing on display by Koko Sakibo, current tournament top scorer with 4 goals to his name.

Bhawanipore FC 1-0 United Sikkim FC

BFC: Daniel Bedemi(4th)

Bhawanipore FC rode on an early Daniel Bedemi goal to get their first victory in the Federation Cup. However the result was not of any significance to the semi-final contention as both teams were already out of the race for a spot in the semi-finals.

In a thrilling 5-goal match, Churchill Brothers edged past Pune FC to continue their winning streak thanks to a brace from Trinidad and Tobago forward Anthony Wolfe and a goal from Indian International Lenny Rodrigues. Both teams played out a fantastic brand of football exchanging some quick passes and good through balls. Churchill Brothers were the first to get the lead in the 8th minute from Anthony Wolfe, after some fantastic work by Egyptian midfielder Abdelhamid Shabana from the right. After only 11 minutes from the goal, Pune FC equalized through Gabriel Fernandes as the new recruit latched onto a mistake from Churchill Brothers custodian Lalit Thapa. Anthony Wolfe turned from scorer to provider, as he was involved in the goal scored by Lenny Rodrigues in the 32nd minute. Seven minutes from Second half Pune FC equalized again, as Gabriel scored his second goal of the game when rifled the ball to the Churchill Brothers net.Calium Angus was again to be blamed, as in the 74th minute Anthony Wolfe evaded him, to found himself clear of the Pune FC backline before rounding the goalkeeper and scoring the winning goal for the Red Machines.

Mohammedan SC and Dempo SC played out an exciting draw at the MDS Complex, Manjeri. With both teams virtually playing out a knockout match, attacking game of football was on display. Penn Orji and Josimar troubled the Dempo SC defence on couple of occasions but Dempo SC defence stood firm. Jeje Lalpekluha and Romeo Fernandes could not finish off some good moves, as the scoreline remained goalless. Dempo SC edged out Mohammedan on better goal difference.
