Edmar Figueria joins newly promoted i-League side Rangdajied United

Ex-Pune FC Brazilian forward, Edmar Figueria has joined newly promoted i-League side Rangdajied United. After his stint with Pune FC where he won Player of the Year award for 2009-10 season in i-League, Edmar signed for then Portuguese top division side CD Feirense but did not have any appearance for them. Later he joined Romanian side Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț. From there he moved to German side FC Oberneuland. He moved to Syria to play for Al-Shorta SC  who were participating in the continental cup, the AFC Cup but the unstable condition in Syria forced him to leave the country.

Apart from Edmar the other foreigners for the North-Eastern club are Ex-Churchill Brothers defender Lamine Tamba, Kelechi Okoye and Shin Ho Jun.
