i-League Transfers: Robin Singh signs for JSW Sports Bangalore

East Bengal forward Robin Singh signs for JSW Sports(Bangalore)

Newly formed JSW Sports, Bangalore have snapped up East Bengal forward Robin Singh in what is learnt to be a two year deal. The Noida born tall forward has been recently named in Indian National Team's 30 probable list. A product of Tata Football Academy, Robin Singh did not make the impact he was expected of, but anyhow he has age on his side, being just 23 and his physique is certainly rare among Indian forwards and one that could be lethal.

Robin was excited to sign the deal with the new entrants of the i-League and was quoted saying, "There was more than one reason to sign for this club. It's going to be a young squad and the way they are going about setting up the club is very professional. That apart, I have been to Bangalore to attend camps and I enjoy the vibe of the city. I'm really excited to be part of this team,".

Mustafa Ghouse, JSW Sports CEO said, "Robin possesses tremendous potential and we are happy to have signed him. We are certain he will do well at the club and strike a chord with the fans in Bangalore,"
