Thus another impressive performance from Kingfisher East Bengal takes them through to the Round of 16 as group toppers with a superb 14 points from 6 games without having to face a single defeat. In the same Group(H), Selangor of Malaysia edged past Sai Gon Xuan Thanh because of winning the head-to-head match against their Vietnam counterpart.
