AIFF Inter Academy Tournament to start from December



The Regional Academies of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) Academies will be locking horns against each other to further hone their skills in the Inter Academy Tournament which kick-off on Thursday (December 5) in Kolkata.

The three AIFF Academies have been clubbed in one group and matches will be played in round robin format.  The teams comprise of Mumbai academy boys (M1), Bangalore Academy boys and Mumbai Academy boys (M2), Kolkata Academy boys (K1) and Bangalore Academy boys and Kolkata Academy boys.

Along with AIFF Technical Director Rob Baan and Technical Director of Regional and Elite Academies, Scott O’Donnel, Mr Vincent Subramanium, AFC – Elite coach Instructor, Mr Jean Michel, former AFC Director Youth Development, presently a FIFA consultant and Jim Selby, AFC Director Coach Education will also be present along with National Coach Wim Koevermans.
