Chirag Computers owner kaustav ray have to decided to launch a new football club in India. Chirag Computers and united sports club have parted ways after a bitter battle over ownership, is planning to launch a new club. The club will be called "Chirag Athletic Club". He said that "I have decided to form a new club and decided to name the club as "Chirag Athletic Club" and will register it under Indian Football Association (IFA) by next week". The target of the new club is to perform well in Calcutta premier division and qualify for next year's I-League. And said that "we have not decided on the players yet. But we will make a competitive team that can perform in the Calcutta league. According to IFA Rules the club has to graduation from fifth division to first division in normal circumstances, Chirag Athletic Club cannot compete in the premier division in their first season itself.
