Blacktown FC star Tolgay Ozbey signing has finally been confirmed and thus East Bengal has completed the signing of four foreigners which includes Penn Orji, Uga Okpara and Ekene Ikenwa.
He is a very talented striker and lets hope we see some of his quality here.
