East Bengal coach T.Morgan start pre-season training
Newly appointed Ex- Hull city development Coach Trevor James Morgan started training session with East Bengal players.
Only 17 players were there since Santosh Trophy is currently going on and some are out for International duties.
For a change
Mr. Morgan delayed the Jogging session and started with Ball Control as he believed that, if the players had started with Jogging then they might get exhausted and thus will not be able to fully dedicate to Technique session i.e. Ball Control. He believes it is more essential to get the technique right.
He said that he has seen few clips of Indian football on Youtube and believes Indian players need more physical training.
Morgan may be regarded as one of the highest profile coach to come to India.
While he has played in clubs like Bristol City, Bristol Rovers, Bolton Wanderes
his coaching experience includes Exeter City(England), South China SC (Hong Kong), Birmingham City head coach, Sorrento Soccer Club (Australia), Sengkang Marine FC (Singapore), Sarawak FAC (Malaysia), Technical director Nasinu FC (Fiji), Hull city.
